Brunch in Montréal
Article written by Angelica Poon
It’s been awhile, friends. I had the pleasure of visiting Montréal recently and every meal was impeccable.
Today’s post features a brunch restaurant named, Bistro Marché de la Villette! It is a cosy restaurant on the corner of Rue Saint-Paul O and Rue Saint-Pierre, in Vieux Montréal. The garçons are witty yet charming and stylishly dressed with leather aprons. And the decor contains remnants of its former life, a butcher shop.
The crêpe au nutella was light and filled with delicious warm fruits. They were out of hot chocolate but I’m sure it would have tasted delicious.
Definitely recommend stopping by for a warm brunch, if not for the food, then for the amazing staff that keep you entertained in this cosy restaurant. Watch them maneuver in and out of every table aisle and especially the kitchen. Worth. It.
Je me souviens.
